Ever wanted a
foal from Iceland?
Ever wanted a foal from Iceland? We believe that country borders shouldn’t come in-between you and getting your dream horse. How would the world look like if you could just book horses in another country for breeding? For a brief moment, forget what you know about logistical problems and tiresome coordination. Wouldn’t that be great? We like to think so, and to be honest, what we have here is an opportunity to build something big. Together with you.
We’re obsessed with making the life of horse owners easier. But we also need your help. A concept that can arrange horse breeding in other countries will require more than traditional innovation. It requires a radical rethink of the way we think horse breeding, and we want to co-create this concept with people who are curious and passionate about horses.
Are you in?
Kveikur frá Stangarlæk on Studly
First and foremost, and to introduce this new concept, we would like to welcome Kveikur frá Stangarlæk 1. At Studly, we’re looking to provide exclusive bookings of high quality stallions from Iceland, starting with the king himself:
Kveikur frá Stangarlæk 1, 4-gaiter, with 8.88 for ride ability, 8.57 for conformation, 8.76 in total, 10 for tölt and spirit and 5 x 9.5 valuation on record.
Raw. Icelandic. Power.
How does it work?
When you book Kveikur frá Stangarlæk 1, Studly will, in collaboration with you and the stallion owner, find a mare that suit your needs. Upon finding the perfect match, payment will take place and you can sit back and enjoy.
You can expect a high standard of communication going on whenever there is news about the mare, the stallion or your foal. This include information about veterinarian services, when payments are due and when your foal is born. Simple, right?
When the mare is in-foal, you will receive notice and from then the mare will continue to stay with the stallion owner until the foal is born. The stallion owner will make sure to register your foal to the appropriate association, and if you have additional inquiries, you can contact Studly to make ease of it all. Finally, it’s up to you what will become of your foal – whether you want to let it stay on Iceland, or if you want to bring it home.
